How to use:
As A Base Coat For Mascara:
- Apply from roots to tips of eyelashes, but, do not wait until Cils Booster XL is dry before coating lashes with mascara.
- Coat lashes with mascara for desired look, or until white primer is no long visible.
- For a optimal color, intensity and a false-lash look, apply two coats of eyelash primer to bottom and top lashes, before applying mascara.
As A Nighttime Eyelash Conditioner:
- After cleansing face, and finishing normal nighttime beauty routine, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.
- Allow to dry properly before sleep.
Store in a cool, dry place.
